Well, that gives me 1 PENNY of overage each towards tax. So when my subtotal was 96 cents, Crappy Cashier wouldn't take my last $1 coupon, nor would she adjust the coupon down (per Rite Aid's Official Policy). So I had to pay 96 cents plus tax for the toothpaste. I can live with 25 cents a piece.
