Things didn't go exactly as planned like I posted in my scenario below...My B1G1 Free Airwick only covers up to 1.39, and at Rite Aid they're 1.49. So I ended up paying 30 extra cents than I anticipated. I LOST MY $3 KERI LOTION COUPON! AHHHHH! CURSES!

So I used $16 in UP rewards to pay for merchandise, but got $9.88 back in UP rewards. I will also get a $4 check rebate from the Comtrex.
If we counted the UPs as cash (which we shouldn't because the UPS I have now I only had to pay pennies to get) and count the rebate check, it's like I spent spent $2.74.
$16 UPs used + $.62 Outofpocket - $9.88 UPs back - $4 Rebate = $2.74
