Resolution: Save Money!

It's a new year, and with a new year comes the slew of new years resolutions.  Most are to lose weight and save money.  Well I'm too lazy to help you lose weight, but I'm definitely here to help you save money!

In the past, I've posted almost strictly about Rite Aid (it is my favorite, no lie), but now with my experience with working at the WAGS, I understand their system much better now, and can help you if you have a wags nearby as well!

My facebook friend Treasure Phillips says it best, and I concur absolutely 100%... "Buy what you need when you don't need it!"  When I first started couponing, I came across her website and it taught me a lot.  Now, three years down the line, I can say her slogan is the best advice that I can offer.  I have approximately 30 bottles of laundry detergent in my laundry room right now.  Do I need of all that right now?  Absolutely not.  But it was a STEAL at Walgreens on Black Friday!

Why am I telling you this?  I got it when it was on sale because I have not been able to get it that cheap that easy.  Now I haven't had to coupon for laundry detergent for months.  Would I buy some if I came across a great deal? Absolutely!  I'll need more eventually!  I bought what I needed, when I didn't need it, and I'm using it now!  

So follow this blog for some regular updates about deals I see at BIG LOTS (Yes BIG LOTS! Just no coupons!) WAGS, RITE AID, KROGER, and WALMART! Don't expect much from Wal-Mart though, I'd rather eat my own foot than go in there.  Only if there's something I absolutely cannot pass up on will I go in there.
